As I stood by the sink to wash my hands, I realized I can't stand still without the sense of swaying back and forth. In order to stand still I need to bend over slightly in order to lock all muscles so there isn't any slight balance adjustment by flexing muscles in order to maintain balance. This happens all the time in people although they don't realizing it's happening, it,s a brain function based on inner ear signals along with equilibrium.
I'm beginning to think it's not lack of balance but more the ability to make minor corrective muscle adjustments that cause the problems. I know other simple tasks that require minimal muscle is a problem.
What is FA
In 1988 or so I started having weird symptoms of lack of stability and balance with back pain. I went to numerous doctors that told me there was nothing wrong with me, it was all in my head. Some even insulted after their tests. This went on for a year or more until the in house doctor at work put limits that caused the company to tell me they couldn't use me with those restrictions and let me go.
At the time I didn't realize I only had 6months to go to be entitled to a full pension.
All this with a number of so called "Professionals" telling me there was nothing wrong with me.
I need to find my notes to add more specific information.

Worked on bath exhaust fan yesterday but didn't hook up wiring and working up above my head might have messed up my neck.
Had a dizzy spell with nausea when I rtied to turn on my right side, when it subsided I turned on my left side with some motion distortion but not as bad. Red light indicator was what stuck in my mind then red glow on wall when I turned on my left side. I closed the cover that holds the switch and indicators.

Slept ok last night, had episodes of spinning dizzy spell getting up been up for a while and still experienceing some dizzyness when I move my head or eyes. It occu8rred to me that a number of insect bites I got when we had dinner with Joe and Pat might be the cause as first time wasssss after a rash of flea bites some 3 yrs ago.

skipped meds yesterday so 2 days without, took them today as bp bit high. Vertigo still with me, improving some but still causing me to extreme care.
warming up some and by weekend should be high 70's

bought back sling at farm market yesterday, seems to help with back pain

went to mexico again and had my glasses/eyes checked, still blurry right eye said he couldn't do the correction so it wasn't blurry.

Had a bad leg night, leg cramps with toes twisting curling up and hurting. stretching was the only way to relieve them, cramps and pain
All loaded up and ready to head back barstow is the destination today if wind is not too severe, it blowing some now.

Got the engine running with the Rochester from the '82. Turned it around and was surprised how well it ran with all but the smog pump andddd headers installed. Got the emissions routing from mitchell online tuesday night, using '84 model yr CA rather then federal requirements.

4:31 AM Haven't experirnced vertigo for the past 3 mornings which was a surprise.
Last time was when I took headers off the '82 last sunday 26th and again when I moved the gas line under the '85 on Monday.
